OmniaNet is a range of applications in an intranet / internet, which allows the company to manage collection and distribution of information related to the Quality system, environment and safety.
OmniaNet solutions can be used as a standalone application or as a support system to QMS Omnia. The main objective of the solution OmniaNet - since its design - was to create an application with a simple interface, with low distribution and maintenance costs and high communication quality. Warehouseman, maintenance worker, laboratory technicians, production managers, but also customers, agents, distributors and suppliers can easily access to the Quality systems that are relevant to them and feed the collection of data.
The system is also connected with the most popular mail server systems, such as Exchange and Lotus Notes, enabling the automatic communication of one or more lists for distribution. Any operator of any process (operator of production, remote site, the warehouseman, the customers, the operators of the help desk, the distributor) may open non-compliance, and at the time of its recording a message or sms reach the responsible persons that need to be informed and to manage the event.
